Technical Details

A high-speed camera mounted over a conveyor belt captures images of products. A computer vision model, built using TensorFlow and OpenCV, inspects each image for defects like scratches, misalignments, or incorrect assembly. Defective products are automatically rejected from the line by a pneumatic actuator. The system significantly improves inspection speed and accuracy compared to manual methods.
